As a former principle and founder of an automotive manufacturing company, my professional background is primarily entrepreneurial. I comprise over 20 years of leadership experience. I devised a mythical enterprise for a term paper while completing my Human Resources Certification. The imaginary firm came to realization with unprecedented growth resulting in a multi-million dollar company within the first 5 years. As part of my background of managing and financing independent business, I truly understand what it takes for (ROI) return on investment.
My passion is organizational transformation in multi-cultural environments. I love to work with successful professionals combining the principals of coaching and the practical experience of business.
I am a Certified Coaching Clinic Licensed Facilitator, Certified Career Management Coach and a Certified Career EQ Strategist. I am a member of the International Coach Federation, ICF.
