Marcea Wolf-Carter
Marcea Wolf-Carter is a Partner and Senior Consultant with Mark Kamin & Associates, a consulting firm with offices in Charlotte, Houston, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, Detroit and Tampa, as well as Toronto, Canada and Tel Aviv, Israel.
She has been coaching, consulting, and training business professionals for 25 years using her unique, straightforward and insightful leadership style. She consults senior executives and managers of major corporations to create empowering corporate cultures, and entrepreneurs to fulfill their company's strategy. Marcea consistently delivers on her commitment that each individual she consults becomes a more valuable asset to his or her organization. She is especially skilled in coaching and consulting sales people to see new pathways that lead to extraordinary sales performance. In addition, Marcea has extensive public speaking and workshop experience. She has addressed as many as 3,000 people at a time and has trained more than 100,000 people throughout her career.
Marcea has worked with people in over 250 organizations in the United States, Canada, and Israel. Her clients include, Roche Laboratories, LPL Financial Institution Services, The Latimer Group, Del Webb Corporation, J.F. Shea Corporation, Northwestern Mutual, and North Carolina Central University. She designs, delivers, and conducts workshops for executives, managers and sales professionals in the areas of executive development and reinvention, consultative selling, effective management, and highly effective communication.
Due to a strong commitment to express their social conscience, Marcea and her husband spent eighteen months raising money for people living with AIDS. Marcea now offers her programs pro bono to support relief organizations. A native of New York, Marcea and her husband, William Carter, moved to Weddington, North Carolina to be closer to their families.
