Jeff Kaplan is the Director of Mission Control for Mark Kamin & Associates
Jeff has been delivering and coaching Mission Control Productivity programs for nearly 5 years, impacting the lives of over 600 people who have greatly increased their productivity by shifting the way each person thinks about, organizes and manages everything they have to do & handle in their lives. These 600 plus people have participated in either an in-house company program or a publicly offered workshop.
Jeff's love and commitment to the education of Mission Control equipped him to become fully certified to lead Workshops after only the second time leading it. Furthermore, he generated twice the amount of sales of his 16-21 business associates for almost 2 years.
Additionally, during the previous 29 years, Jeff has consulted with many companies to increase their profitability & efficiencies. He designed, recommended and implemented criteria-based improvements in businesses, their data, and flow management. He developed operational procedures and traffic flow patterns for optimal movement and worked to maximize the capacity of material and customer contact with products. Furthermore, his customer relationship management skills increased his company's overall profitability by over 5%, and he consistently obtained a 70% closing ratio on new business. He has also marketed, solicited, and opened new markets locally, nationally, and internationally for various products and services.
In addition to his extraordinary professional career, as a volunteer Jeff managed and supervised the production of 27 other educational programs. He contributed to over 4,000 people by producing programs where they could see and realize what is possible for themselves and their lives!
