This is how Ran Kohan summarizes his impression from the secretaryship workshop led by Mark Kamin and Associates at Efal last weekend:
“The workshops are essential to the establishment of a new movement.
Thanks to them there has been an absolute change in the cooperation between the secretaries.” The workshop, held as part of the process of establishing working procedures and policies for the secretaryship, dealt this time, in the formulation of a work plan for the next two years (until the end of 2004), and in preparing a document that includes the basic principals on which every Kibbutz should be based upon, including Kibbutzim that went through major changes."
