Our work provides a methodology for a fundamental rethinking, and the transformation of a corporation’s approach to realizing its most critical strategic objectives. This new approach produces the actions necessary to cause dramatic improvements in critical measures of performance: increased revenues, cost savings, quality assurance, service levels, efficiency, etc.

We employ the principles of our particular methodology and technology in designing and customizing our work with each organization. Some fundamentals of this technology are:

  • Organizational cultures shape the reality within which people work, the level of results they produce and their orientation to being accountable for fulfilling their company’s future
  • The most potent way to maximize performance is to create a cultural climate in which people want to be committed, and then provide the training, skills and resources to get the job done
  • Organizations need clearly defined objectives and strategies that are meaningful and relevant not just something that is written down and filed away
  • To shift the culture of an organization, you must first deal with the way people interact within that organization and then build a level of communication that is distinct from what one considers acceptable, effective or competent

  • Authentic employee commitment and the candid exchange of ideas are an outcome of an environment of no retribution and partnership
  • New ways of speaking and listening are the keys to new openings for action – and thus new actions

Our approach consists of several stages, each custom designed for our clients. They include:

  • Needs/business analysis (includes customized talent assessments, interviews, surveys, questionnaires, and company and market research)
  • A series of sessions designed to create or redefine relevant missions, outcomes, strategies and actions that unquestionably fulfill the organization’s objectives
  • Having people take on projects that require breakthrough thinking to accomplish them
  • Follow-up individual coaching designed to empower strengths and resolve weaknesses
  • Team building sessions and leadership workshops, and
  • Specific projects focused on producing measurable results that positively impact the bottom line
