Course Design
In this 4 day program we will examine the nature of how we listen and how integrity impacts performance. Participants will discover their own “Formula for Success” and how to have source-ful relationships. Language is the access to power and taking a stand is powerful language.
At the end of this program each participant will design a project with measurable outcomes which will measure their success as coaches and mentors. We will end this session with a powerful exercise in acknowledgement. Everyone will be left empowered, emboldened and called to be the leaders they aspire to be.
